Virtual Reality for fall protection.

Fall protection training was created by Ludus Global oriented to learning the safety and preventive measures, when working at height, as well as applying them in realistic situations.

The simulation is composed of different exercises that cover various fall prevention systems and dangerous situations.

The students must perform the task they are asked safely and avoiding risks.

Learning how to carry out different tasks at heights safely and avoiding risks.

Getting to know different dangerous situations, using and properly inspecting the different fall protection systems.

Testing the knowledge acquired by the student through both guided and autonomous practical exercises.

Available exercises for fall protection

Identify and equip PPE

Guided exercise where the student must review and evaluate the state of the personal protective equipment depending on what the situation requires.

Check and choose PPE

The student puts to practice his theorical knowledge in an autonomous exercise, checking and choosing PPE, so they can be evaluated and corrected.

Ladder with lifeline

The student must complete the verification process and use of the lifeline, selecting PPE appropriately.

Horizontal lifeline

The student walks on a virtual deck and goes over the horizontal lifeline use procedure and necessary PPE in a guided exercise.

Ridge lifeline

Guided simulation where the student must follow the instructions for choosing adequate PPE and use a horizontal lifeline installed on an anti-sway ridge.

Ridge lifeline II

Guided simulation on a horizontal lifeline installed on an anti-sway ridge, stressing the use of the adjustable lanyard and anti-sway poles.

Risk situations

The student experiences in first person an accident when stepping on a skylight. The consequences of not taking precautions are shown.

Lifeline practice

The student puts to practice everything learned without any help, to determine if he is able to identify and avoid all the risks related to working at heights.
